Meet Our Team
Experienced, doctor-led care from people who take the time to listen — and who are with you long after your first visit.

Director of Audiology · Board-Certified Audiologist
Dr. Leiterman has extensive experience across every area of hearing care — including digital amplification, dizziness assessment, tinnitus evaluation, and central auditory processing. He holds a Doctorate of Science in Audiology (Sc.D.) from Montclair State University and a B.S. in Communication Disorders from Arizona State University.
“My greatest strength is my ability to listen to my patients' needs. No two patients have the same needs — and no two require the same treatment.”

Doctor of Audiology & Veteran Claim Evaluations
Dr. Mount brings more than 20 years of clinical audiology experience across California and Nevada. She holds a Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.) from the University of Florida and performs comprehensive audiometric evaluations for adults and children, tinnitus consultations and fittings, and cochlear implant candidacy assessments.
She leads our veteran services — performing Nexus evaluations and C&P evaluations for veterans, including those whose insurance benefit claims were previously denied.

Who Has Hearing Loss?
Anyone can experience hearing loss. In fact, nearly 40 million Americans live with some degree of it — parents, grandparents, friends, and coworkers. The good news is that it's manageable, and people who treat it stay more connected to the conversations and moments they love.
If you're turning the TV up, asking people to repeat themselves, or struggling to follow conversations in noisy rooms, a simple hearing evaluation is the best first step.
Schedule a Hearing TestLandmark research from Johns Hopkins found that treating hearing loss with hearing aids slowed the rate of cognitive decline by nearly 50% in older adults at higher risk of dementia. Untreated hearing loss, meanwhile, is linked to a significantly greater risk of cognitive decline.
Protecting your hearing is one of the most actionable steps you can take for your long-term brain health — and it starts with a simple hearing test.
